Hiring graphic design talent from the Philippines

What kind of graphic design work do Filipino designers on the roster do?
Brand identity and logo systems, social media and ad creative, presentation and pitch decks, packaging, print, and UI/UX in Figma. Each profile lists tools and shows the actual work, so you can judge fit before paying.
How are the designers vetted?
By their work. Every designer needs at least one year of experience and at least three real pieces, and every portfolio is reviewed by a person before it appears — a watermark or a template pass does not get through. There is no résumé screen and no seniority bar beyond the one-year floor.
How much does a Filipino graphic designer cost?
Full-time designers in the Philippines typically earn $700 to $2,000 per month depending on specialisation, against $50,000 to $80,000 a year for the equivalent hire in the US. ResourceMatch charges $25 to unlock a profile and takes no cut of what you agree to pay.
How much does it cost to hire through ResourceMatch?
Browsing is free. Unlocking a creative's contact details costs $25, or less in packs (5 for $100, 15 for $250). Credits never expire. Monthly plans start at $149 for 10 unlocks. There is no placement fee and no percentage of salary.
What happens if the creative doesn't reply?
If a creative has not replied within 48 hours of an unlock, the credit is returned to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.
How do I know a creative is actually available?
Every creative confirms their availability weekly. A profile that has not been confirmed in 14 days drops off the "available now" filter rather than claiming to be free.
